Hi. So, as you can see, I changed the layout. I don’t know how long the last one was up for, a few weeks maybe? Almost a month, actually, since I made it before Jedward’s single came out, which was 31st January, since I made it in ‘honour’ of them with the lyrics written on it.

So, ya, here is the new layout. I quite like it. The lyrics are from Always Attract by You Me At Six, and it’s an amazing song, I love it, and I have for a while now. The title on the layout was inspired by You Me At Six’s Take Off Your Colours album cover, with the bold effect. I hope the grey border doesn’t look too irrelevant though!

I’m so tired right now. Today I was meant to go shopping with my mum and then to a party tonight but my head was sore this morning for some reason so I said I wasn’t feeling up to it. I’m looking forward to a nice, long lie in tomorrow, though!

I don’t know if I told you, but I lost my purse with my bank card in it last weekend. Luckily, there was no money in the purse and I had none in the bank, nevertheless I had to cancel the card. So on Tuesday I went to the bank, and they said I had to call a number, so I went home and called it.

The guy on the phone had a really heavy accent and I couldn’t understand him well. I felt quite rude saying “Pardon? Could you repeat that?” so often to I tried to work out what he was saying as best as I could. At the end of the call he said “I cannot confirm that you own this card, as you haven’t answered most of the questions that I have asked you. I’m going to block the card and you’ll have to go into a branch and sort it out. Good day.”

I was major pissed off because I’d already been into a branch and they told me to ring this man. But, whatever. I went into Barclays the day after, and the man behind the counter was understanding and said it wasn’t fair for him to ask a 14 year old those sort of security questions, so I was like yay, and I got my new card ordered.

My mum put £5 in the bank on Thursday and the card came this morning. I bought a special edition of Matilda on DVD from Play.Com and Bejeweled for my iPod, yay.

In my purse now I have £13.75, so that’s going in the bank on Monday, too. I love having a debit card and the freedom to buy what I want, it’s awesome! When my money’s gone in, I’m buying a special edition Jedward magazine, with like, 10 free posters in, meaning I’ll have to take down some McFly posters, but that’s okay, when one obsession moves out, a new one moves in! I’m also going to buy this Jedward t-shirt, then next week when I have a bit more pocket money gone in the bank, I’m buying a Jedward hoodie! Man, I’m so obsessed it’s not even cool.

Oh, and last night I went shopping and bought a new school bag, school shoes, pens and stuff and Step Up 2 on DVD, it’s amazing! Then my dad took me to McDonalds because he’s working nights painting the TK Maxx in my local shopping centre, even though he lives like 50 miles east haha!
